In 2008 I was in the food business and noticed key indicators that the gluten free market was an area that was underserved and lacking in a variety of delicious convenient non-frozen products.
It was the tragic loss of a friend’s daughter, Haley Anne Nelson, who suffered from complications stemming from Celiac disease that opened my eyes exposing a newly defined focus. It was one of those life-defining moments that redirects you and places you on a path that you had not fully understood before.
By 2009 I began developing a line of products that would address the needs of sufferers of gluten intolerance and Celiac’s disease. And our company, Storehouse Foods, has become a leader when it comes to thinking outside of the box, literally!
We created our Pouch 2 Plate Cuisine to meet the demands of a growing population of consumers who want great tasting, nutritionally balanced meals that can be enjoyed as a quick lunch or dinner at home or on the go.
We use only the finest all natural, instant, ingredients blended with fabulous spices that create our complete shelf stable instant meals. Simply by adding boiling water directly to the pouch, which eliminates cross contamination, and offers ease of use. Our products do not require refrigeration, cooking or clean up. Making this a truly unique product line that can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime.
